Many of our pieces are made to order to ensure each one is crafted with intention and precision. Processing times vary by item and will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Yes. We accept custom requests and select engraving options. Custom pieces can be made in 14K or 18K solid gold, 950 platinum, 925 sterling silver, or vermeil. If you're seeking something one-of-a-kind, reach out to us directly to collaborate.

We use certified and ethically sourced materials including 14K and 18K solid gold, 950 platinum, 925 sterling silver, vermeil, natural diamonds, and fine enamel. Our manufacturers are carefully selected for their precision, transparency, and integrity.

What is your approach to sustainability?

Our metals are recycled or responsibly sourced, our diamonds meet strict ethical standards, and we partner with manufacturers who share our commitment to sustainability and fair labor practices. Our packaging is minimal and reusable whenever possible.

Do you offer repairs?

Yes. If your J’ouvert Designs piece requires repair, contact us at support@jouvertdesigns.com with a photo and your order number. We’ll evaluate the situation and provide next steps.

Is there a warranty on your jewelry?

Yes. We offer a limited warranty on all pieces—including made-to-order and custom designs—which covers manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery. Normal wear, accidental damage, resizing, or improper care are not covered.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Made-to-order and customized items are generally final sale. In-stock items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Your satisfaction matters to us—contact us if there’s an issue and we’ll work with you.

What if my item arrives damaged or something’s wrong?

Each item is photographed and video recorded before leaving our studio. If something arrives damaged or appears incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images and your order number. We’ll take care of it promptly.
